NOVI, Mich., – ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC, leader of TPMS tool solutions for the OE, Industrial, and Aftermarket industries, is proud to partner with ETI, Stellantis and AutoAuth to provide a solution to Secure Gateway for Stellantis in its VT67 TPMS Tablet.

Secure Gateway (SGW) is a technology added to vehicle communications to prevent any device from accessing the vehicle’s communication network via the Data Link Connector port without authorization. In order to be authorized to access this network, the device being used must be registered with AutoAuth, as it will communicate with its servers during the connection to authenticate the device. ATEQ TPMS Tools has integrated this communication technology with the VT67 and has partnered with AutoAuth to allow for device registration. 

“Our relationship with Stellantis, and working with AutoAuth and ETI, was essential to being able to handle this bidirectional communication technology correctly, and within specifications,” said Mike Rose, OEM & Industrial Sales Manager.

ATEQ works directly with manufacturers to ensure that technology loaded to its tools follows the standards set by the OEs. As an industry leader, ETI (Equipment & Tool Institute) was also a key factor in ATEQ making this integration of technology possible.
