Livonia, Michigan, 4/29/2019 – ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC, leader of TPMS Tool solutions for the OE, industrial and aftermarket industries, has appointed Joshua Holmes to Technical Support Specialist. Joshua is responsible for aiding customers in troubleshooting and training for ATEQ TPMS Tools with and TPMS Tools with “powered by ATEQ” software.
Joshua has worked at ATEQ TPMS Tools since February 2018, starting as a Database Assistant where he was responsible for testing and evaluating TPMS Tools software for a variety of tools, as well as validating sensor protocols and communicating with the software team and partners to implement changes and add protocols to new software updates. He was recently promoted to Technical Support where he has thrived in troubleshooting and aiding customers with TPMS related issues by phone, email, and one-on-one in-person training.
