Livonia, MICH. – ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC, leader of TPMS Tool solutions for the OE, Industrial and Aftermarket industries announced the addition of Erich Ludscher to the TPMS Technical Support team. Ludscher’s responsibilities will include assisting ATEQ tool users in troubleshooting TPMS related issues, training customers with ATEQ TPMS tools as well as TPMS tools with “powered by ATEQ” software. Additionally, Ludscher will aid customers in step-by-step instructions to reset the TPMS system. 

“Erich’s customer service experience makes him a great asset to the ATEQ Technical Support team,” said Desart Dinkollari, Operations Manager. “I’m confident that Erich will be successful in this position.”

Ludscher graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn with honors in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering. Ludscher spent the last five years in the customer service department at The Henry Ford, where he gained excellent service skills.

“I’m looking forward to working with such a dedicated team that cares about quality service,” said Ludscher. “My goal is to deliver high-grade solutions to any problem that may arise here at ATEQ.”
