Novi, MICH. – ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC, leader of TPMS Tool solutions for the OE, Industrial and Aftermarket industries announced the appointment of Malcolm Graham to Lead Customer Relations Specialist. Graham will take on a leadership role on the support team and help lead the team to provide high quality customer service. 

“Malcolm’s service experience and team player mentality has made him an asset to the ATEQ customer support team,” stated Customer Service & Support Manager, Ardit Shameti. “I’m excited to watch Malcolm succeed in taking on more of a leadership position.”

Graham has been with ATEQ TPMS since August of 2021. He gained significant customer service experience before and during his time at ATEQ, which will aid him during his new role. 

“Being a part of the ATEQ TPMS team has been amazing and I’m very grateful to be moving forward into this new role. Prioritizing our customers is essential for the success of ATEQ as a whole, making this new responsibility very important to me,” said Graham.
