Novi, MICH – ATEQ TPMS Tools, LC, leader of TPMS Tool solutions for the OE, Industrial and Aftermarket industries, announced the appointment of Rafid Abood to Technical Repairs Lead. Abood will take on a leadership role on the repairs team and help lead the team to provide high quality customer service. 

“Rafid has shown such a strong dedication to the repairs department, and has proven himself to be an asset to the team,” stated Customer Service & Support Manager, Ardit Shameti. “I’m sure he will apply this same dedication to his new role.”

Abood started at ATEQ in January of 2020. He graduated from London Metropolitan University in London, United Kingdom in 2003 and received a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Abood has over 10-years of experience in delivering leadership, services, and solutions to the information technology sector. 

“I have greatly enjoyed my time at ATEQ TPMS,” commented Abood. “I’m eager to further contribute to the success of ATEQ and the satisfaction of our customers.”
